apache 2.4 禁止某一IP\IP段访问方法

# Controls who can get stuff from this server 这之后 就是访问控制，可以添加你要禁止的ip或者域名
要注意的是，2.4和2.2是有不同了的。

    Require all granted
    Require not ip 183.136.190

以上是禁止183.136.190访问的方法。注意，在禁止时，要有这个标签的。
